Celebration of Project Pride at Burnley Youth Theatre on Friday 14th October

Sadly, all good things come to an end….

We all celebrated the success of all the Project Prides; Accrington; Burnley and Nelson at a special event at the impressive Burnley Youth Theatre on Friday 14th October.

The event was an opportunity for all three projects participants to meet and find out what everyone had been creating  over this summer, as well as enjoy some delicious food and take part in some activitites linking in with all the projects. It also was an chance to reflect on the achievements of each project and the successes for the project participants. Certificates of Achievements were handed out and alot of the young people have also achieved Arts Awards as part of this project. Well done to you all.

Here’s some pics from 14th October;

A personal and big thank you to everyone who worked with me on Project Pride Accrington. I have throughly enjoyed working with the PPA team to create the unique and eye catching heritage banners for Accrington Market Hall and now have a special place in my heart for all things Accrington, espescially the people.

Cheers, Lisa Wx
